Returns & Refunds Policy

At DailyCoffeeMalta, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable EU and Maltese consumer rights for online purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition in which it was received

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of coffee products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened coffee products
Used products
Products not in original condition
Items returned after the 14-day return period
Gift cards, if applicable
